Get or set winbrew configuration values.

Configuration keys are hierarchical:

• core.* controls runtime behavior and logging
• paths.* controls storage locations

Examples:

• winbrew config get core.log_level
• winbrew config get paths.root
• winbrew config set core.color false
• winbrew config unset paths.cache
